#1 – Newtown 2 – Acquisition & Architecture
In a captivating venture, we unearthed a hidden gem—an off-market home from the 1900s brimming with untapped potential. Seizing the opportunity, we acquired this historic property and embarked on a visionary journey alongside a skilled architect. Together, we dreamt of a modern masterpiece, envisioning not just a renovation but a transformation that would seamlessly blend the charm of the past with the conveniences of the present.
Our collaboration materialized into an ambitious design, encompassing a multi-car detached garage, a separate office/guest quarters, and a comprehensive renovation of the original home. Each element carefully curated to elevate the property into a harmonious blend of classic elegance and contemporary functionality.
As the blueprints came to life, we handed over the reins to the future owner, allowing them to infuse their unique style and preferences into the final touches. This project stands as a testament to the marriage of historical allure and modern innovation, a canvas awaiting the personal strokes of its proud new owner to complete this remarkable transformation.
#0 – Newtown 1 – Full Rehabilitation
In a bold reimagining of suburban living, we took an unassuming 1980s 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome and transformed it into a pinnacle of luxury and space. This renovation was not merely an update; it was a complete redefinition of the home’s potential, expanding it into a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom sanctuary that marries sophistication with modern living.
At the heart of this transformation is a chef’s kitchen, a culinary dream space designed to inspire gourmet adventures and family gatherings alike. The masterpiece of the renovation, however, is the expansive 64 sq ft walk-in shower in the master suite—a testament to our commitment to luxury and attention to detail, where relaxation and opulence meet.
Beyond the surface, we ventured below to fully finish the basement, turning it into a multifunctional haven with two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a dynamic living room/game room. This space was crafted with versatility in mind, offering a secluded retreat for entertainment, relaxation, or guest accommodations.
Every inch of this luxury home was meticulously planned and executed, ensuring that no detail was spared. From the thoughtful expansion to the high-end finishes, this property stands as a beacon of what modern living should embody—space, comfort, and unparalleled luxury.
